Email	Printed and received at the seminar	I found the lecture on hormones and menopause was particularly relevant and applicable to daily practice, as was Vit B12 & D and Covid. The Wim Hoff breathing exercises were very interesting to practice.	No paper notes. While the venue was in a lovely location I was disappointed with the service and evening meal there.	I would prefer a paper copy of notes / powerpoint presentation to then make further notes on myself.
