Loved the workshops. Small bite sized theory presentations then straight into the hands on practical techniques. |
Slightly rushed as we were a group of three workshopping together so often we didn’t get to try the techniques before the next bit of the presentation started. |
It would have been good to see Ann run through the protocol on a table assistant at the end as a review of the whole thing. |

It all felt a bit rushed for me and some of the techniques could have been skipped as they were part of the previous 2 seminars. |

Its probably contra to the ethos, but rather like McTimoney the SOT material with solely the notes as the principle guide is really challenging. Having access to some recorded material which could remain private (ie not in the public domain etc) would be helpful and more in keeping with the times. I wonder if The Major would have been open to that idea, had the technology been available |

Lot’s of information and different types of adjustments |
It was a lot of information and a lot of adjustments. |
I would have prefer less adjustments presented but more in depth understanding of the biomechanic and practice of the adjustment itself to make sure I do it right. The notes are also not super clear for studying. |
