Very good seminar as introduction.
I am not able to use information straight form a lecture, I need to revise it and read on the topic, but the information delivered was great to understand the principles behind SOT.
Everyone (lecturers, table instructors and coordinators -Tracy and Teresa-) were very helpful and nice.

Understanding the basics of SOT, which I did not have the chance to at university.
The 3 instructors rated above (Lyana, Vicky and Eunjoo) were really clear helping solve doubts while practising. (There were other instructors and a second lecturer, but I do not remember their names, sorry).

Tracy and Teresa were lovely and very helpful about the material sold.

I found out that it may too much information to process over such a short weekend.

Bringing more benches if possible.

An excellent weekend to complete the basics of SOT. This allowed me to piece together some missing elements and clarify some of the techniques that I was finding difficult to grasp from the 1984 manual.

Multiple explanations available from table instructors with difficult subjects.

Kephras challenge on the Sunday!

This seminar seemed to lack the zip and pace of the module 1. I felt a lot of time was spent on cat III in the first day. Almost felt like 1 day would have been perfect to cover all the content provided

Really enjoyable!

I really liked how practical it was. Next to no sitting around.

I didn’t like how much we recapped in CAT 1 lecture as I felt I had already done this quite recently. Although at the Sam time, I also found it quite useful as there is so much to remember in SOT!
