Our guest speaker: Josephine Sexton
Josephine Sexton is a dedicated and experienced Chiropractor. Originally studying to become a Chemical Engineer, Jo had always been keenly interested in natural approaches to health and well-being. Jo’s enthusiasm for health and her drive to provide care for people in a practical and health related way drove her to change direction and pursue studies in the Chiropractic field.
Graduating in 2004 from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Bachelor of Clinical Science (Chiropractic), Jo practiced in Melbourne for several years before making her home in Maleny.
Jo has a special interest in working with babies, children and pregnant women. Her extensive knowledge in these areas is of particular focus and as a mum of three, Jo understands how all pregnancies and children can differ so much.
Keen to share her knowledge and give back to the industry, Jo is also currently the President of SOTO Australasia – a teaching organisation which sees her educating and training Chiropractors in Australia and overseas.
