During the day you will learn further cranial techniques including sagittal suture correction, eye tracking and sphenoid and occipital adjusting. Also, nutrition for menopause and the confidence to discuss HRT with patients.
There will also be a session on the Wim Hoff breathing technique. So put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure and Commitment. Find out how you can utilise oxygen and cold exposure to optimise body and mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.
The Wim Hof breathing is active participation, so you will be directed through the breath workshop and have the technique explained and then you will have the chance to use the breathing techniques when you enter and exit the ice bath! So please remember to bring swimwear and a towel for this exercise.
